SJVNA Meeting on 2/2/11 is Canceled.

The SJVNA Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Feb 2, 2011, 6:30pm, has been canceled because of the snow storm. The next meeting will be Wednesday, March 2, 2011, 6:30pm at the Shalom House.

Neighborhood Meeting, Wednesday, 11/3/10

The SJVNA will be holding it's monthly meeting, Wednesday evening, 11/3/10, at 6:30pm at Shalom House, Park Ave entrance in the upstairs conference room. Please join the meeting and take part in the lively discussions and info sharing that occurs. Meetings adjourn at 8pm on the dot.

Neighborhood Clean-up and Fundraiser - October 23rd

The St. John Valley Neighborhood Association will be holding two events this coming Saturday, October 23rd.

The Neighborhood Clean-up will be at 11am. Everyone will meet at Shalom House on Park Ave to gather supplies needed and assignments of where to clean.

Later that same afternoon, the SJVNA will be having a fundraiser at Margaritas Restaurant in the Union Station Plaza. The event, Full Moon Madness, begins at 4pm and 5% of all sales in the Bar will go to the neighborhood association. We're hoping to raise enough $$ ($400) to pay for our non-profit status in full. If we don't make it this time around, we'll be repeating this fundraiser again in November and December.
